Series 24 Hokutosei JR East / Hokkaido formation 5-car add-on set [Online only] "Hokutosei" started operation between Ueno and Sapporo in March 1988 when the Seikan Tunnel opened, and at most, 3 round trips a day are operated. I did. The 24 series passenger cars towed by EF81 and DD51 are JR East affiliated cars and JR Hokkaido affiliated cars, and there were small differences in each vehicle.
