Lace vintage fan

Description

Delicate lace fan.  Perhaps 40s era or before.  In good condition minus one spline which is there, but a portion has broken away.  Could use a dab of glue to reattach or just remove the small piece, it does not seem to impair the use of the fan.  Very sturdy and the lace is intact.  The spline and hard part of the fan feels like plastic to me.  I don't think it is celluloid or ivory.  20 inches long as seen in the photos.  Sweet to use or display.
