This started out as a ISG Elite XR/HR Thermal Imager Core with Image Enhancement and Thermal Color Pallet.
This one has been installed in a small IP65 weather resistant box.
The cabinet measures about 4.5" x 3.5" x 2.2" and has the 19mm Thermal lens flush with the end of the box. Power in -  on light & video out are at the other end of the small box along with a mini  power switch.
Operation is simple on this camera , just plug in the AC 12vdc adapter or use the supplied DC cord and hook the BNC/RCA video cable to your TV video in or any NTSC Video monitor to make it work.
Power comes on as soon as you plug in the power cable and a Thermal live video image appears only after only 5 seconds on your TV or monitor. Full warm up after a minute with Hi Res picture.
This camera produces color pallet of Grey, Red, Yellow, orange, Pink (maybe more) colors depending on temperature. Most colors appear after 100 degrees or more, otherwise everything is standard thermal grey and black. (or monochrome).
I don't have full specs , but the camera produces Digitally Enhanced 320 x 240 resolution color pallet images and Hi Thermal sensitivity. (see the pictures)
This camera has a 30hz frame rate and will show moving objects well.
Thermal Focus and Exposure is all automatic (electro- mechanical in some part) and you can hear the lens "click" , sometimes images freeze for a second while being enhanced if the camera is moved around a lot.
This camera has some issues. Focus is slightly out of adjustment at times (compare 1st video image with the last one for differences) - image still looks good though.
The BNC video output needs tightening as the video will drop out or loose connection if the cable is wiggled.
Save some big $$ over cost of other same thermal cams  and fix these small issues yourself. - Should be an easy fix for the right person.

Pictures show Thermal images of me in focus (last image) and slightly out of focus (second image) - this operation can be intermittent at times or work perfect ?
Camera may need to be sealed before use in harsh weather environmental conditions
Color Thermal picture shows a hot glue gun and monitor behind it. Color of heated gun is pink / red.
BNC video out can be tightened via a small nut on the inside of the box to fix the video out connection. (video will drop out if the BNC connector is wiggled at times)
