Description
Up for sale are new line scan cameras that were installed by SAIC to view hotbox on rail car bearings. I don't have power supply or software. They have a nice germanium glass lens 18 mm f/.87-14u. Temp range -40 Degree C to 450 degree C.
IR ScanPro™
Monitor targets in motion with the IR ScanPro™
The IR ScanPro™ imaging radiometers are instruments that are used with host computers and measure the temperature of industrial processes where the product or material being measured is in motion.
The Model 1000 can generate line scans at rates up to 1000 Hertz. This allows monitoring objects traveling about 100 feet per second (~80mph), which is about twenty times faster than other commercially available infrared line scanners. Slower scan rates are real-time adjustable under computer control. This capability opens new applications not possible before.
Applications include:
•
Production line monitoring and control
•
Railcar bearing and brake system monitoring
•
Product inspection
•
Border and perimeter surveillance
More accurate detection, reduced maintenance and increased reliability
Numerous ScanPro™ units have been delivered to Science Applications International Corporation for their ThermalView Railcar monitoring system. Several have been installed alongside railroads throughout the US to detect and communicate impending wheel failures to prevent derailments.
Competitive advantages you will receive:
•
Twenty times faster than other line scanners on the market today
•
One half the cost of IR line scanners on the market today
•
Temperature measurement at all points in the image
•
High dynamic range which allows seeing a broad range of temperatures in the same image
•
Long life
•
Long lasting calibration
•
Operated from a standard PC using easily operated, ISI furnished, Windows95/98/NT® compatible software.
•
Control a process based upon preprogrammed parameters
Feature overview:
•
Instant on, low power, low maintenance
•
Lower initial cost
•
High measurement accuracy, wide dynamic range, high stability
•
Uses long wavelength (8-12um) infrared radiation, which is best for measuring room temperature targets and which minimizes sun glints and lighting reflection interference
Units are housed in either a rugged NEMA 12 or a Zero Can enclosure for fixed installation in industrial environments. The NEMA 12 version runs on standard factory 24VDC Power. Data bus interfaces include RS-485 and/or RS-232.
