The Delmhorst NavigatorPro Moisture Meter is an excellent tool in identifying moisture intrusion sources in different parts of the building. It traces leaks to find exterior moisture and dry rot. It also helps in determining the extent of the damage, verifying that dry-out is complete, and documenting the process for future reference if needed. A valuable tool for restoration companies, home inspectors, IAQ Specialists, claims adjusters and homeowners for checking moisture in drywall, insulation, wood, concrete, and plaster.
This 3-in-1 moisture meter offers pin mode, scan mode and a thermo-hygrometer in a single handheld unit. In pin mode, it has 5 to 60% wood scale, 0 to 100 numerical reference scale, and 0.1 to 6% drywall scale. For measurements, while in scan mode a 0 to 300 numerical reference scale is included. Additionally, the integral thermos-hygrometer measures temperature and relative humidity while calculating grains per pound (GPP) and dew point. The Delmhorst Navigator Pro Moisture Meter also features advanced job definition of up to 5 jobs with unique Job ID numbers in Enhanced Mode
The Delmhorst Navigator Pro Moisture Meter comes with simplified menu options in Basic Mode for quick and easy use. Readings can be viewed on its digital display with an option for recalling stored readings. It can store up to 1400 readings with date, time, room and location stamp these readings can be downloaded to a spreadsheet on the PC, providing clear, complete documentation of every job. The Delmhorst Navigator Pro Moisture Meter has a rugged construction, and a built-in connector compatible with any Delmhorst electrodes. It includes a 9V battery, carrying case, and a 1-year warranty.
