The spring-loaded binding posts of the Delmhorst KS-D1 Digital Soil Moisture Meter allow for positive contact with the gypsum sensor blocks’ lead. The gypsum acts as a buffer against the effect that salts or other chemicals might have on the electrical conductivity. This device comes with a moisture range of 0.1 – 15 bars tension and 0-100 reference scale. With a built-in calibration check, it ensures it delivers accurate results consistently.
