is used but in good condition.  This item powers on and appears to function properly.  The display screen and buttons are good condition.  Since there are no accessories, the screen remains as pictured and we are unable to conduct additional testing (see photo).  All buttons respond to selection.  Connection points are clean and in good condition.  There is some discoloration in the plastic on top of the unit, but the overall cosmetic condition is good. The carry handle is in good working condition.
We do not have the AC power adapter for this item.
