These grommets are US made and finest quality.  This is the best price on the Web for premium quality, US made grommets.  Shipping is via priority mail for .75 for one or two 5 gross sets and and  .50 for three to six sets.  If you buy two sets Ebay automatically doubles the shipping cost as it assumes there are two separate shipments but I combine the shipment  and will invoice you .91 shipping.  The same goes if you buy 3 to 6 sets as I combine them in a medium flat rate box and charge you .50  I hope this makes sense.
