DESCRIPTION:
The 6S5S triode is designed for detection, pre-amplification of LF voltage and HF generation; as a separate local oscillator in superheterodyne receivers; in television devices and measuring equipment. Foreign analogue 6C5 (GT).
The 6S5S triode can be replaced with a 6Zh7 pentode in a triode connection. The parameters of 6Zh7 in triode switching are similar to those of the 6S5S lamp.
For the most part, the 6C5C triode can be replaced with a 6C2C triode or one 6N8C or 6N1P lamp triode.
